Very bad and unfriendly phone service. 35 minutes in the queue, although you are in position one and the waiting time is only 2 minutes. Delivery is often not possible online because it has been turned off. On the phone you only get to hear that there is so much going on and that they are therefore not offering it for an hour and that you should try again later. That is anything but customer-friendly. Fortunately there are plenty of other restaurants.

Mega! The french fries are a bit sloppy at home, but that is of course due to the corona pandemic. Still, delicious!

Unfortunately, the order was only delivered 2.5 hours after ordering (1.5 hours too late). After a 40 minute delay, we asked by phone about the progress of the order: It was already on its way. After the delivery arrived the burgers and fries were of course cold ... € 30 for a cold meal is just not acceptable.

Please collect the times when you pick it up. It cannot be that you have to wait 15 minutes if you order a fixed time 1 hour in advance. Wouldn't have been the first time either.

The burgers are incredibly tasty, unfortunately take-away doesn't work at all. Ordered four times for pickup, each time at least one thing was missing, once there was meat on a vegetarian burger. Despite a fixed pick-up time, we had to wait at least 10 and a maximum of 20 minutes in front of the restaurant. Unfortunately there is no delivery on our main page. Unfortunately, someone only answers the phone to a limited extent. A shame, because otherwise really good shop.

The best burger shop in Würzburg. Never eaten a better burger. Always recommended. Reservations necessary, otherwise it won't work.

I had a salad and the ingredients were old and bruised. When I sent it back, I got a free drink, but still was billed for the disappointing quality.

Very good burgers. Our food was prepared very quickly and tasted very good. The staff were very nice. There was a large selection of burgers (also vegetarian). There are also offers for menus. Price performance was also good.

Food was really great, especially the fries were great! The blueberry-honey lemonade is highly recommended. However, everything was a bit long in coming, both the food and the bill. But only so that it strikes you as uncomfortable for a moment, but doesn't annoy you any further. The staff was friendly and accommodating. All in all very recommendable!

Good price-performance ratio. The vegetarian and vegan burger creations taste really good. They're probably not the best non-meat burgers in town, but they're still delicious! The fries are definitely at the forefront. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. There is also a small outdoor area. Overall a good thing and nothing to criticize!

If you're around and really like delicious burgers, Burgerheart in Würzburg is a great address. Even if it is right on the street you can sit comfortably outside. The service is very friendly, not intrusive and the whole restaurant is also child-friendly.

Average Burgers, very good fries, friendly waiters. Considering Würzburg doesn't really have any good Burger places, this is your go to if you're looking for a Burger that doesn't suck.

I ordered the easy cheesy (With a poor slice of tasteless bad quality cheese) vegetarian burger, it was tasteless. If it wasn’t because of the cheese also the fries would be the same. The first time I wasn’t asked by the staff if I enjoyed or liked my meal, I was saving my feedback but they never asked, the staff was okay though.

The food was insipid and cold.

The staff are kind and friendly. The burger was very nice especially the bread, it’s so soft and tasty. However, there’s no set menu that you can order with fries and other stuff. And we’d waited for the burger around 20mins.

great menu! everything is delicious. The service is friendly and welcoming. I faced a small problem when booking by phone, (they were quite rude because they were busy) . It is recommended to book a table, since most of the times it is full of people. Great experience overall.
